Who wants to eat chicken, broccoli, and rice every day? I know I don’t! I love variety in my meals and I know that I’ll be more motivated to eat my meal prepped meals when it’s food that I enjoy.
Below, you will find 12 dinner recipes packed with healthy and delicious ingredients. You can prepare some or all of them for the week so you can enjoy your meals while on your way to weight loss!
1. Make a plan. Before you begin meal prepping, you need a solid plan for the foods you will be prepping for the week. Take the time to plan out your meals and your grocery list. Make sure you shop your home first so you can avoid buying duplicate items.
2. Have a recipe book. Get a recipe book or another place where you store recipes so they are easily accessible. You can print out the recipes you like and store them for future use so you don’t have to be constantly looking for them.
3. Invest in the right containers. Have the right meal prep containers to help keep your meals fresh for the week or however long you plan on prepping for.
4. Batch Cook. You can cook large amounts of certain meals and keep them to be used throughout the week or you can freeze them to use later.
